At Mavoo (available at https://mavoo.fit), the privacy and security of our users are our top priority. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information and health data when using our mobile application and web services.

a) Account and Profile Information

• Registration data: Name, email address, and access credentials.
• Sports profile: Basic biometric information such as age, gender, weight, height, and body fat percentage.

b) Health and Fitness Data (Health Connect APIs)

Our application integrates with Android's Health Connect API to read and import health data recorded by your devices and wearables, upon explicit user authorization:

• Vital Data: Heart rate (READ_HEART_RATE), Oxygen saturation (READ_OXYGEN_SATURATION), and Resting heart rate (READ_RESTING_HEART_RATE).
• Physical Activity: Distance traveled (READ_DISTANCE), Exercise types (READ_EXERCISE), Daily steps (READ_STEPS), and Total calories burned (READ_TOTAL_CALORIES_BURNED).
• Sleep Management: Rest hours and sleep stages (READ_SLEEP).
• Body Measurements: Weight (READ_WEIGHT), Height (READ_HEIGHT), and Body fat (READ_BODY_FAT).

2. Purpose of Health Data Use

Data obtained through Health Connect APIs is used solely and exclusively for the following functions within the Mavoo platform:

• Sports Performance Analysis: Classification of cardiovascular effort into training zones (Z1 to Z5) using heart rate readings during exercise.
• Recovery Monitoring: Evaluation of physical readiness and adaptation to effort using oxygen saturation (SpO₂) metrics, resting heart rate, and rest quality.
• Training Log: Automatic consolidation of activities, accumulated mileage, and weekly workload.
• Biometric Calibration: Calculation of relative power (W/kg) and Body Mass Index (BMI) to adjust prescribed physical load.

3. Compliance with Health Connect Limited Use Policy

Mavoo strictly complies with the requirements of Google Play's Health Connect Permissions Policy:

• Limited Use Disclosure: The use and transfer to any other application of information received through Health Connect APIs strictly adheres to the Google Health Connect Permissions Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
• No Advertising Purposes: We do not use, sell, or share your health or fitness data with advertising networks, ad platforms, or data brokers.
• No Unauthorized Transfer: Your health data is not transferred to third parties, unless technically necessary to provide the sports analytics features explicitly requested by the user or by express legal requirement.

4. Data Retention, Deletion, and Revocation

• Account and Data Deletion: The user can request the complete deletion of their account and all associated health data at any time through the in-app deletion option or by sending a request to contacto@mavoo.fit.
• Health Permissions Revocation: The user can revoke the access granted to Mavoo at any time from their Android device settings at:
  Settings > Health Connect > App permissions > Mavoo

5. Information Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between the application and our servers uses secure encrypted protocols (HTTPS / TLS).
• Encryption at Rest: Stored data features database-level protection and encryption.
